Description
The OHMV is a single
stage, single suction, overhung
centrifugal pump with foot-mounted or centerline-mounted. The high-pressure
internal circulation mode makes
the OHMV most suitable
for pumping easily vaporized
fluids and most suitable for
replacing double mechanical seal pumps and external
auxiliary systems.
Applications
The OHMV is suitable for low or high
temperature fluids, neutral or corrosive
fluids, clean or with solid particles fluids,
toxic fluids, flammable fluids and other
fluids. The pump's mainly applications are
strictly seal and no leakage situation, such as
refineries, petrochemicals, coal chemicals,
power plants, paper, pulp and medicine, and
general industries.
Features
European excellent hydraulic model ensures high efficiency.
The isolation sleeve is made in Germany imported Hastelloy with special
technology rolled forming. It has many features, such as high precision,
high quality, no welding defects, high permeability and strong corrosion
resistance. All these features ensure the reliable and stable operation of
themagnetic pump.
The material of sleeve bearing is crystalline SIC (silicon carbide), which has
high strength, high wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and the
life cycle is 10+ times longer than graphite bearings. The rolling bearing is
imported from SKF.
The magnetic parts material is SmCo rare earth, which can keep magnetic
up to 450℃ .
When reaching rated speed, the axial force is automatically balanced by
hydraulic equalization.
Adopting Principle of building blocks, OHMV pump structure is simple
and compact, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
The total life cycle cost is lower.
